Ever wondered what we see when we do a gait analysis on you, why we put you in the shoes we put you in? Come down to the store and see for yourself! With video gait analysis we can show you what we see when we watch you run and you can see how the right shoe can help you.
New Event coming up!
If you missed the TurkeyMan and the SnowMan you have one last chance to join us on the CupidMan on February 13, 11:15 at the West Y/Boise City Aquatic Center. These are fun team events. It is great for the most beginning swimmer, runner or triathlete, as we work to make the team balanced from a competitive perspective. It is also an intense, speed work out for our top competitors.
The events are done in less than an hour and will be great tune ups for the upcoming race season. They are free to Y Triathlon Club members, Y Masters members, Y Water Polo members and $5 for others. We have gotten rave reviews from the past participants and want to see a big turnout for our finale. Don't forget, you can do the swim only or the run only, but will have the most fun, if you do both. Thank you to Holly and The Pulse for sponsoring this great event!
